Your personal data is processed when you send us an inquiry, within the framework of a pre-contractual legal relationship or for implementation of a contractual relationship.

Insofar as this is necessary within the framework of fulfilment of the contract, in specific cases we also process personal data obtained from publicly accessible sources (e.g. commercial register, debtor's register, internet) in an admissible manner or which has been communicated to us by third parties (e.g. credit agencies) in an admissible manner.

This may consist of:

  • Personal data (name, date of birth, legal representative)
  • Contact data (address, e-mail address, contact person)
  • Banking details (name of account holder, IBAN, BIC)
  • Contract data (duration of contract, services purchased, cancellations)

Please note that we cannot conclude a contract without the mandatory personal data being provided.

You may create a new account on our website. The data transferred is used exclusively for using the respective offer or service. Mandatory data requested while creating the new account must be provided in full. Otherwise we will refuse to create your new account.

The following are mandatory:

In case of important changes, for example for technical reasons, we will inform you by e-mail. The e-mail will be sent to the address you entered when creating your new account.

We store the data collected while creating your account for the period you are registered on our website. We will delete your data when you close your account. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

  1. Processing after balancing of interests (Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR)

If your interests in data processing collide with our interests, we will balance the interests. In doing so, we will balance your interests against our interests. Should the balancing of interests show that our interest outweighs your interest, we will process your personal data on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

Our interests and purposes are, for example:

  • Ensuring IT security and integrity of our systems
  • Prevention or investigation of criminal offences
  • Assertion of or defence against legal claims

We only store your personal data for as long as necessary and if your data is not subject to legal retention obligations according to the German Tax Code or the German Commercial Code.
